As we start to welcome back more member of our admin team from July I am happy to say you will see more of the familiar faces of Grosvenor. Charlotte, Becky, Fatima and Lenka from the admin team will be in part time to help us with the day to day running of the clinic allowing myself and Jo to increase our physiotherapy appointments.
Here is all the current information for each service:
Jessie (Podiatrist) is currently providing urgent and routine footcare to all clients after screening. She has full PPE and a new Pod Screen for that extra barrier during treatment but you still get that TLC Jessie is famous for.
Sadly Nicky Weston passed away in March (non COVID related). We would like to thank you for all your kind words and support during this time.
We have a new Podiatrist Phebe Parsons joining the team here at Grosvenor in Septmeber. Phebe will be working Mondays 12.30 – 7.30pm, Tuesdays and Fridays 9 – 3.30pm. Therefore as of September Jessie will be back to working Wednesday 12.30 – 7.30pm and Thursday 9 – 3.30pm. However she will be available Monday – Friday throughout the Summer for your footcare needs.
We are now seeing Urgent and Routine physiotherapy appointments in a face to face capacity as the easing of the restrictions and guidence from our professional bodies changes. You will be asked to complete screening forms prior to your appointment and again on attendance of your session.
We are still providing Video or telephone consultations to those who are still shielding or in the vaunrable catagory.
Jo, Lindsey and Karen are all back and slowly increasing their clinic avaialabilty as the admin team return. You may have been lucky enough to speak to either Lindsey or Jo on the phone while doing their admin duties.
Lindsey is also back providing her Womens Health Physiotherapy appointments and Karen is avaiable for 1:1 Clinical Pilates at the clinic.
We are still awaiting a return date for Wendie to resume her Spinal Specialist Service.
The Government released the details of the return of Massage services at the end of last week. We are currently reviewing those guidelines and making sure we have everything in place before ressuming these services.
I know alot of you have missed you regular massage and we are keen to get you back but this needs to be done in the correct way. If you would like to be added to the contact list for massage please let us know via email.
PILATES AND CLINICAL PILATES CLASSES
We have had alot of contact from you all wanting to know when the Pilates classes will be returning. The guidleines were released late last week and we are carefully looking at these and how they apply and can be implimented at Grosvenor Clinic. There are lots of factors to consider to make sure saftey standards are met and service delivery is high.
For the time being classes will remain in a virtual format. The instructors have been doing a fantastic job via this method.
If you are a current clinical pilates member or want to try Clinical Pilates, Karen is running 1:1 sessions at the clinic with all PPE and measures is place. Please contact the clinic for this or ask to speak to Karen who will be happy to help.
