Do I need a GP referral?
No referral required just call our team to book.
What shall I wear?
Please wear whatever you are comfortable in and that allows us to access your problem. If you are attending an exercise class, please wear clothing you can move well in.
Can I use my health insurance?
We work with most large insurance companies in some way. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to use an insurance company so we can make sure the clinician/service you require is covered. Please make sure you have your authorisation number, membership, number of sessions authorised and any excess you have to pay ready.
Can I park outside?
Yes, we have free parking outside the clinic and in the local area including a large free public car park in Kidmore Lane 100 yards away.
