Do I need a GP referral?

No referral required just call our team to book

What shall I wear?

Please wear whatever you are comfortable in and that allows us to access your problem. If you are attending an exercise class, please wear clothing you can move well in.

Can I use my health insurance?

We work with most insurance companies however sadly we have taken the decision not to renew our contract with Bupa for Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the 18th May 2021. This is a financial business decision made by us and is no reflection on Bupa as a provider.

We are still able to provide Shockwave Therapy and Women’s Health Physiotherapy for clients wishing to use Bupa. Bupa will provide you with an authorisation code for these treatments which you should inform us of before your treatment begins. Please check any excess payments you may be liable for under your Bupa Policy.

If you wish to use insurance cover please mention this at the time of booking.

Can I park outside?

Yes, we have free parking outside the clinic and in the local area including a large free public car park in Kidmore Lane 100 yards away.
