Jo Sealey

Jo enjoys treating a broad range of both acute and chronic pain and movement problems, using a holistic approach, tailored to the individual. She can use a wide selection of treatment techniques including hands on treatment, exercise and movement rehabilitation, acupuncture and shockwave therapy, dependent on the presenting problem and your treatment goals.

Outside of the clinic, Jo enjoys being outdoors, lots of walking, training her dog (some hope) yoga, fair weather cycling, reading and hanging out with friends and family. She has also been known to complete the odd physical challenge for charity.
