Komal Chitre

I am a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience working in outpatients within NHS and private practice. I enjoy helping people of all ages recover from their injury, manage pain and get back to doing things that they enjoy.

Over the years, I have treated a wide range of conditions back and neck pain, joint problems, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. My approach is practical and personalised, I don’t believe one size fits all and so is the recovery.

I take time to understand each patient’s goals and challenges ;then tailor treatment using combination of hands on therapy, acupuncture, shockwave therapy and exercise prescription as appropriate. I particularly enjoy working with tendinopathies and supporting their rehab.
