Karen Dwight
Karen has extensive experience of working with clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, drawing on a broad and well-established clinical skills set.
She is passionate that aging related musculoskeletal conditions, which arise during midlife and menopause do not limit our freedom to move and feel well. She has a special interest in rehabilitation for scoliosis, osteoporosis, and hand therapy.
As a qualified Body Control Pilates Instructor, Karen has a special interest in using Pilates and as part of the rehabilitation process. She currently leads the Clinical Pilates and Bone Health Pilates classes at the clinic.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys making and designing theatre props and scenery for a local amateur drama group, as well as spending time at her allotment.
