What is a Mummy MOT?

The Mummy MOT is a comprehensive post natal check for any mother who has had a vaginal or c-section birth.

The Mummy MOT includes:

Initial assessment is ideally completed at 6-8 weeks post birth then progress reviewed at 12 weeks and then at 20weeks.

A Mummy MOT is not limited to new mums. If you have a child who is 6,7,8 years old or older and you have been putting off seeing someone then the Mummy MOT  is also for you.

A Menopause MOT is for Women in the peri to post menopause stage. It is recommended that all women have a pelvic health check as they approach the menopause.
