YES!!!! HOWEVER IF VIDEO IS NOT FOR YOU, TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS CAN BE ARRANGED.
The government guidelines have been eased and not lifted therefore we have to be sensible and safe in our approach. Video or Telephone consultations will be discussed and offered as first line for assessment and treatment where we can.
It’s like having your physiotherapist at home in the room with you!

Video consultations will give us the most information on your situation and enable us to give tailored advice to you.
IS IT EASY TO USE?
YES. We will send you a link to your appointment via email. You click on the link when your appointment time comes and we will connect with you. You will need an internet connection, an email address and a camera on your desktop, tablet or phone. If you are using a phone or tablet you will need to download the Whereby App. You will need a quiet area so you can focus on advice and support being given. Also a little space to move.
WHAT WILL IT INVOLVE?
Appointments are secure and confidential and not recorded. Any advice and exercises will be followed up with an email and any re-booking can be done at the end of your appointment.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Initial Video Assessment at a cost of £52 and £41 for any required follow ups. Payment for your appointment will be taken at the time of booking over the phone.
Insurance Companies such as BUPA and AXA are currently authorising video physiotherapy appointments
