OptiNeck Balance Wedge: “the solution to 21st century posture”
“We were a bit dubious when we first saw it,” says Jo Sealey. “It looked too simple to do any real good, but we were willing to give it a go.”
A fellow practitioner had brought the OptiNeck Balance Wedge to our Skills Exchange in
September. “Lindsey and I were nonplussed at first,” continues Jo. “But when we tried it,
that was a real ‘wow’ moment. Basically, you lie with it under your spine. It was challenging
in a way that other methods haven’t been, allowing you to relax your neck, shoulders and
back towards the floor.
“I was only on it for 5 minutes, but when I got up, I felt lighter, I felt freer, I felt taller.”
A lot of us sit at our desks, hunched over a computer keyboard each day, for far too long.
Even if we don’t do that, a lot of the activities of modern life encourage bad posture. And
this is by far the best tool that we have found to counteract that problem.
And the other great thing is, you only need 5 or 10 minutes a day.
You may have seen us using it in clinic.
Please do ask about using it if you feel it might help you.
We are so taken by it that we are now selling the product, so, if you try it with us in clinic
and have the same reaction as we did, then you can buy your own wedge from us to use at
home every day. In this instance, we would of course talk you through its use in detail, as
well as providing you with written directions.
