Jo enjoys treating a broad range of pain and movement problems with a holistic approach, tailored to the individual.
She can use a wide selection of treatment techniques including hands on treatment, exercise and movement rehabilitation, acupuncture and shockwave therapy.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys keeping moderately fit, being outside as much as possible and keeping up with friends and family at home and abroad.

Graduated in India in 2007. Since then she started working in the UK in Plymouth until 2017. This gained her extensive experience in a variety of specialism before focusing on musculoskeletal care and expanding into private practise.
Komal enjoys treating a range of MSK conditions using hands on therapy, shockwave therapy, acupuncture and exercise to enhance full recovery. She is passionate about empowering clients to improve their quality of life and building a therapeutic alliance.
When not socialising with her loved ones she loves to play badminton and read books in her downtime.

Karen is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist with over 30 years experience in both NHS and Private sector.
She enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and takes a holistic and analytical approach to the your problem. Karen utilises manual therapy skills, acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation to reduce pain, enhance movements and allow a return to normal function and activities.
Karen has a special interest in using Pilates as a part of rehabilitation process and has over 20 years experience of teaching Pilates as a qualified body control Pilates instructor. She currently runs the Clinical Pilates and Bone Health Pilates classes at the clinic.

Phebe Rowan
Podiatrist

Phebe qualified as a Podiatrist in 2017 and began working in the NHS before transferring to the private sector, both of which have provided a varied and rewarding career so far.
Phebe loves the outdoors and is often found hiking up mountains in the Lake District or by the sea. She loves to help others also enjoy the benefits of being outdoors and walking/running pain-free through the provision of foot-care, rehabilitation and orthotics we can offer at the clinic.

Jessie Sullings
Podiatrist

Jessie qualified with a BSc (Hons) Podiatry in 2012 from the University of Southampton and has always worked in private practice. She started at Grosvenor Clinic in the October of that year and has continued to develop her skill set with a clinical interest in Dermatology and sorting out your painful feet.
Prior to podiatry Jessie worked as a rehabilitation assistant in the NHS and has continued to value patient enablement and education.
Her love of the outdoors is shared with her dogs, walking no matter the weather!

Lindsey has extensive experience from her time in the NHS treating both MSK and Pelvic Health conditions. Since joining the team at Grosvenor in 2015 she has continued to treat MSK conditions and has set up the Pelvic Health Service. She is passionate about spreading the word of pelvic health conditions and not allowing people to suffer with these, and is often giving education talks to groups at the clinic, charities and other organisations. She also heads up our Pessary Fitting Service for those with Pelvic Organ Prolapse.
When not championing female pelvic health, due to her hockey playing family she is often found at a hockey pitch somewhere in the County.

Louise has over 30 years experience in soft tissue therapies. She specialises in Clinical Massage and using advanced techniques to resolve soft tissue complaints. She prides herself on giving each client a bespoke treatment targeting THEIR needs. She also has 15 years of working within NHS healthcare.
When not working which is rare – she loves her job!! She can be found in the kitchen baking and spending time with her family.
Lou Rose

Lou joined the clinic in 2022 as our Pilates instructor and gentle therapeutic yoga instructor. During this time Lou qualified as an exercise specialist to support cancer and became our Rehab Specialist.
Lou has been within the fitness industry since 1995 and has built her expertise up with many qualifications along the way, including National Academy of Sports Medicine, Body Control Pilates, Micheal King Pilates, APPI mat work pilates, Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Her passion is to help people move with ease and to feel comfortable within their own skin. Any movement is good movement and together you will learn the skills to move the way your body and mind allow you to.

Emma joined the clinic in 2022 as a part time receptionist. She brings to Grosvenor many years of customer service experience within the retail industry.
Since joining the clinic she has achieved her Principles in Business Administration course. Emma likes to keep busy, always finding a job to do!
Enjoys walking her dog, gardening, yoga and catching up with friends for tea and cake!

Wendie works with clients with wide range of spinal disorders and is passionate about education and utilising a range of spinal management strategies to help spinal dysfunction affecting quality of life.
She has a particular in interest in ergonomics, work related management of spinal pain and pre-post operative rehabilitation
Wendie has worked with various spinal consultants across the county.
She works with you to provide you all the necessary tools to inform, educate and regain normal movement and reduce fears and anxiety associated with pain.
