Pilates Classes

At Grosvenor, Pilates Mat Work Classes are kept to a maximum of 11 participants in each class and so will allow you to develop your proficiency as a result of close observation from the instructor and hands on correction. It also ensures a standard of supervision not possible in larger classes, and will give you a real understanding of the concepts behind this unique form of exercise.

Before joining the Grosvenor Pilates Program each participant is required to attend a one-to-one private session for an assessment of their needs and an introduction to the exercises which will be used in the class.

We also offer Pregnancy Pilates sessions. Please read more on our dedicated page here.
