Are you experiencing back pain or pelvic pain post natally?

Looking to exercise after having a baby, but unsure how to do safely?

Post Natal Pilates is a great way to begin exercising post natally. During pregnancy, your body experiences considerable change which affects your posture, muscle tone and energy levels. As your baby grows in the womb the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles become stretched, Post Natal Pilates can help you to restore muscle tone in these areas.

These 1:1 sessions are particularly suited to those who are experiencing on-going musculoskeletal symptoms during the post natal period and/or those who lack the confidence to restart exercising following childbirth.

These bespoke sessions will be tailored to your individual needs and goals and are conducted by an experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who is a qualified Body Control Pilates Instructor and Level 3 Registered Professional.
