Please find below a list of our complementary therapists fully qualified and experienced in a range of massage techniques:

Lesley Quiney

Lesley became aware of the pain and restriction that can be involved with soft tissue (muscle) problems when she suffered a back injury in her 20's. Following this experience she decided to study Massage, Aromatherapy and Sports Massage at Southdowns College, and progressed on to becoming a full time Sports and Fitness Therapist. Lesley later qualified as a physiotherapy assistant using her skills in a more clinical setting and after 5 years decided to specialise in Sports Massage as she found this the most rewarding.

Lesley attends her local gym and is also a keen runner and cyclist, training as often as her work and the weather allows.
