The Mummy MOT is a comprehensive post natal check for any mother who has had a vaginal or c-section birth.

THE MUMMY MOT INCLUDES:

Posture and breathing assessment

A

Abdominal and pelvic floor assessment

A

Tailored advice and treatment to help with your recovery

Initial assessment is ideally completed at 6-8 weeks post birth then progress reviewed at 12 weeks and then at 20weeks.

A Mummy MOT is not limited to new mums. If you have a child who is 6,7,8 years old or older and you have been putting off seeing someone then the Mummy MOT is also for you.
