Return to Fitness Pilates
This is a 6 week mat work and education class suitable for those recovering from injury or have yet to return to full fitness. The class uses tailored Pilates exercises, with advice on incorporating them into daily activities to achieve maximum benefit. This class is a stepping stone to returning to a full active lifestyle.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear something comfortable and easy to move in. It is best to avoid bulky or baggy clothing as it makes it much harder to observe your exercise technique! Classes are conducted in bare feet or socks. All equipment is provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat or small towel as required.
HOW TO BOOK A PLACE
Classes are booked in blocks of 6. Once you have registered your interest in the class, our admin team will contact you regarding bookings. Where applicable, payment is required in advance to secure your place. If you are not currently receiving treatment from one of our Physiotherapists' you may require an assessment session to ensure you're suitability for the class. If you are being referred to the class as part of your NHS treatment, this will be in place of individual treatment sessions.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you cancel once the course is booked and/or paid for. If you miss a session we are unable to offer make up sessions. Please ensure you are able to attend the classes prior to booking. To get the most benefit from the course, a minimum of 4 classes need to be attended with the first session being compulsory.
The classes will be taken by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is also qualified as a Body Control Pilates Instructor and is a level 3 Registered Exercise Professional.
